My nosebleeds anteriorly . I feel like the blood is coming from the head. I don't feel any pain. Moreover after the nosebleeding I feel very light like a huge burden from my brain has been lessened. My doctor says that it is a problem that can never be cured . He says that it might be HHT but I have no other common symptoms to hht.
